Current reality — Oct 2026

Concept and foundation stage.

  1. Idea / concept — we are here
  2. Proof of concept
  3. Working prototype
  4. Field pilot
  5. Ready to deploy

We are Nandurbar-first and have not yet chosen a village or site. No pilot, partner, land access or revenue exists yet.

Proposed model

Five gated stages in one village.

Each stage has a gate. Work moves on when a gate is passed; if it is not, the work is redesigned or paused, and we report that openly.

  1. Consent & rightsCommunity participation and legal screening. A Gram Sabha decision for community land; written consent for private land; land status and permissions checked.
  2. Resource mappingLivelihoods, skills, markets and suitable green landscapes, including screening of possible Green Boundaries, Corridors and Commons sites.
  3. Market validationBuyer evidence and viable enterprise economics, before any equipment or planting commitment.
  4. Micro-demonstrationOne bounded, measurable trial, only if the feasibility gates pass.
  5. Replication blueprintTransparent findings, including what did not work, and a costed framework for what could be scaled.
Proposed model

What a first demonstration could deliver.

  • Participatory village economic mapping.
  • Enterprise-opportunity screening.
  • Feasibility of Green Boundaries, Corridors and Commons.
  • Buyer validation and preliminary business cases.
  • A conditional micro-demonstration.
  • A costed replication framework.

How support would be structured

Support would take the form of a contract to deliver defined outputs, with gates that can pause or redesign the work, rather than an open-ended grant.

The cost of a demonstration is yet to be estimated, and scope would follow the terms of the supporting programme. No partner, land access or revenue is assumed.

Who would do what.

We invite a government department and a willing community to co-design and assess a bounded, lawful demonstration.

An appropriate government department

Identify and enable

  • Identify the right department for this kind of work.
  • Support lawful feasibility and permissions.
  • Consider commissioning a bounded demonstration under an eligible programme.
A willing community

Decide, and take part

  • Decide through its own institutions whether to take part.
  • Co-design what is mapped, tested and shared.
  • Keep the right to refuse or withdraw at any stage.

Today: no community has been engaged.

Environmentrepreneurs

Deliver, and report openly

  • Facilitate engagement with the community.
  • Enable market and technical validation.
  • Publish findings and go/no-go decisions, whatever they are.

Where the proposal stands today

  • No existing pilot, field results or measured impact.
  • No partner, and no government endorsement or secured order.
  • No land access, and no land assumed to be vacant or available.
  • No revenue, jobs, hectares, prices, buyer contracts or carbon credits.
  • No guaranteed economic outcome for any participant.

Scale only what works.

  • Village
  • Cluster
  • District
  • Maharashtra
  • India

Each step comes only after validated results, and only if local enterprises can sustain themselves.

The work is intended to align with Viksit Bharat 2047, Viksit Maharashtra 2047, India's Net Zero 2070 ambition and the UN Sustainable Development Goals. That is policy alignment, not results or endorsement. See how →

Let us explore this model together.

If you represent a government department, a community institution or a technical partner, we would value a conversation.
